I read several blogs everyday that I can't get enough of, and one of them gave some tips about taking a better picture of your kid...so I tried the "extreme closeup" here...

I guess I should've wiped his face first! :-)
And the "focus on something other than his face shot"...which I do a lot of anyway...
I think poor Lucas is in for a summer full of "Smile at Mommy!"
