I wouldn't even begin to know how to make pesto - but, I do love it. Great photos - you are going to be a wonderful photographer - already are.

Have a good week, Anna - see you soon - Kellan

I know, you guys! It's the BEST. And in a lovely suprise, and coworker of mine has a huge garden in full bloom and she's out of town for a week...and she told me to HELP MYSELF! Her basil (soon to be MY basil) is overflowing! Yahoo!

That basil is ripe for picking! Pick two cups of basil leaves, get 1 cup of pine nuts (expensive, look in the italian food section sometimes it is less $ than buying per pound in produce), 6 cloves of garlic, 1 & 1/3 cup parmesean cheese, 2/3 cup olive oil. Mix that up in your fabulous blender, toss with a pound of cooked pasta, grilled chicken and some roasted red peppers. I ate this breakfast, lunch and dinner. Took me a few weeks to tire of it. Enjoy!
